Hi all stumbled across this site by chance I'm a owl fan or should I be honest and say a armchair fan have been for years as I havn't lived in south yorkshire for atleast 25 years.Anyway less of the small talk , I live in Edinburgh and it would be good to hear from owls fans who might fancy a banter over a beer I'll even buy the first round and thats from a yorkshireman, up the OWL'S

7. just come across this owls site, been a massive fan for twenty years and have recently moved back home after living in sheffield for 12yrs. if you have a club running of travel to matches would love to join you.

8. I can`t make the Preston game but i`ve just booked train tickets for the home game v Watford on the 13th Sept, it`s £35.50 return from Dundee . It`s a little complicated, i had to get singles to York and back at £20 and £10.50 ...and singles from York to Sheffield at £2.50 each. If anybody is interested i`l help them through the booking details.

9. Good idea mate - the only problem I have is it's scheduled for the same day as Hibs v Hearts (I'm a Hibby!) although I'd imagine one or t'other will get moved for TV.

   I know one other Owl situated in sunny Dundee who'll be more than up for it :D
